Service tax is levied on Brokerage + Turnover Charges, Stamp Duty on Turnover, Turnover Charges on Turnover, CTT on Selling Turnover and any other statutory charges as applicable will be charged extra in addition to the brokerage rates mentioned above.
Terms & Conditons
- In case minimum brokerage excluding statutory charges (CTT, Stamp Duty, Service Tax) is less than that prescribed for a specific scheme, the client will be shifted to one level below.
- Destimoney Commodities Pvt. Ltd. (DCPL) reserves the right to discontinue/modify/extend the schemes by giving a prior intimation to the client and the same shall be binding on the client.
- Brokerage Cashback will be credited for the first 30 calendar days from the date of activation, up to the maximum amount mentioned above @50% of the gross brokerage.
