Innova Captab files DRHP with SEBI: Reports

Drugmaker Innova Captab is planning to file a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Sebi for a Rs.900-crore initial public offering (IPO), according to reports.
Reports said that the company is planning to raise Rs.700-900 crore. The company has appointed JM Financial and ICICI Securities.
Innova Captab Ltd is a Pharmaceutical company engaged in Research & Development, Manufacturing, Marketing and sale of finished formulations across the world.
