Mukesh Ambani eyes stake in Thrive Capital: Reports

Thrive has repurchased the stake sold to Goldman Sachs and the stake held by the new syndicate is the same, Thrive reportedly said.

Reports said that the deal values Thrive at $5.3 bn, up from $3.6 billion in 2021.

India’s Mukesh Ambani and Brazil’s Jorge Paulo Lemann and France’s Xavier Niel, KKR & Co. co-founder Henry Kravis and Walt Disney Co. Chief Executive Officer Robert Iger is planning to invesy $175 million to acquire a 3.3% stake in Thrive, according to reports.

Reports said that the deal values Thrive at $5.3 bn, up from $3.6 billion in 2021.
