Reports said that Singapore Airlines will get 25.1 per cent stake in the merged entity with an investment of Rs 2,058.5 crore in Air India.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Tata Sons announced that they have agreed to merge Air India and Vistara, according to reports.
Reports said that Singapore Airlines will get 25.1 per cent stake in the merged entity with an investment of Rs 2,058.5 crore in Air India.

Currently, SIA holds 51 percent stake in Vistara, while the remaining 49 percent is held by Tata.
