Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines to merge Air India, Vistara

Reports said that Singapore Airlines will get 25.1 per cent stake in the merged entity with an investment of Rs 2,058.5 crore in Air India.

The merger is expected to be completed by March 2024", according to reports.

Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Tata Sons announced that they have agreed to merge Air India and Vistara, according to reports.

Reports said that Singapore Airlines will get 25.1 per cent stake in the merged entity with an investment of Rs 2,058.5 crore in Air India.

The merger is expected to be completed by March 2024", according to reports.

Currently, SIA holds 51 percent stake in Vistara, while the remaining 49 percent is held by Tata.
