Wall Street ends lower

US stocks ended lower as Dow Jones Industrial Average was lower 47.12 points, or 0.15%, to 30,483.13, while the S&P 500 slipped 4.9 points, or 0.13%, to 3,759.89.

The Nasdaq Composite was down 16.22 points, or 0.15%, to 11,053.08.

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell reportedly said that the U.S. central bank is "strongly committed" to bringing down inflation.

Oil prices were lower as investors worried on Federal Reserve rate increase.Brent crude futures were down $2.95, or 2.6%, to $111.70 a barrel.
